Can Energy Drinks Cause A Brain Aneurysm

1st week of January (after Christmas)

Well that as the title of this post, we have returned to training after Christmas and then be stopped for 1 week half a sore knee. My brother tells me it's because I get a lot of cane in the workouts and do not get enough rest but I think it's more due for training on the treadmill, that this area does not suit me because I always end in pain. Anyway as it now gets dark before I get more laziness on jogging in the late evening and clear my schedule, I have to get up at 5 am because I can not leave the train later.

On the coaches I've taken this week, to be a week because of the rare return to work after the holidays and through the kings, so I could only take 2 days of training. In the end the thing to be the first coach of the year were as follows:

Friday:
  • Running: 1:15:34 / 1046 Kalori / 14 km / Puls. Max: 187 Min: 162, Training long, long time no trained so long and feeling was very good
Saturday:
  • Swim: 0:24:00 / 1,000 m. 40 long (front crawl and breaststroke). After almost 3 weeks without training in water, the feeling was good but in the end felt like heavy arms. The purpose for this year is to try to swim front crawl and
  • longer Running: 0:38:56 / 486 Kal / 7 km / Puls. Max: 169 Min: 160. I start training covered up his ears from the cold he does in Madrid but after 10 minutes I have to stop because my hamstrings are very sore and I have twin superchargers and clear as the day before a long training I did not want to overburden legs and getting hurt so I decided at the last minute to do a short tour
