4th week of March I again feel


Well, that still hurt and a little worried with my adductor injury but I still got some fitness training. I have had over loa lucky to find someone to go out cycling and the truth is that thanks to dating so you do not so monotonous. I hope This last long.

So my coaches have been at the end like this:

Wednesday:
  • Gimnaios: Work the upper and lower
  • Spinning: 0:20:00
  • Abdominals, lower back and stretching

Thursday: Elliptical
  • : 0: 30:46 /
  • Abdominals, lower back and stretching
Sunday: Bike MTB
  • : 2: 20:46. Out with my friend Rafa for the bike path from my house to Sanchinarro
  • Abdominals, lower back and stretching
