Well, that and another month is upon us and with the time change you seem to want to do more things but I'm a bit medioso the topic of the abductor, hopefully soon to return to jogging.
Meanwhile I have to make do with gym, elliptical and out with the bike. This week has been something bad in workouts and the next will be intensive master Ordago because I have every day, so from Monday to Friday I get up at 5.30 am and I will return home at 11. Go cloth!

Friday:
- Swim: 0:23:00 / 1,000 meters. Since I had some time before going to the master I decided to go for a swim doing the last few yards with shovels and hard joe
- MTB Bike: 2:14:06 / 40.06 km Like Last weekend I went out with a new partner (Rafa) and arrived at home (roses) to Sanchinarro I tried out again and get to where we did the other day but a glitch in my location has made me disoriented and make 2 km menos.Eso goes for not having GPS and not see how bad it was indicated that Sanchinarro bike lane. The next weekend I'll try again but the footpaths known.
